Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy keeps serp.ac safe and reliable for everyone. It's part of our Terms of Service.
1. What's not allowed
- Breaking any law, or infringing intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Submitting URLs to the indexer that host malware, phishing, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence or hate.
- Using the service to send spam or to harass others, including through our Telegram bot.
- Attacking, overloading or probing the service or the websites our crawler visits, or trying to bypass plan limits, rate limits or security.
- Reselling, sublicensing or providing the service to third parties as your own product without our written permission (agencies may use it for their own clients).
- Creating multiple accounts or using multiple cards to get more than one free trial, to use the money-back guarantee more than once, or to abuse coupons and promotions.
- Referring yourself or your own accounts, or promoting your referral link through spam, misleading ads or bidding on our brand name.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or opening unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Sharing API keys or accounts to give others more indexing quota than your plan includes, except through our API as documented.
2. Link monitoring
Only add pages you have a legitimate reason to monitor, such as pages where you purchased or earned a link. Our crawler fetches public pages at a modest rate and identifies itself; don't use the service to scrape websites at scale.
3. Enforcement
If we find a violation we may remove content, suspend features or terminate the account, depending on severity. Where possible we'll contact you first. Report abuse to [email protected].
