What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?
GEO is the practice of getting your brand to show up in answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. serp.ac measures those answers on a regular schedule and reports whether your brand is mentioned and which sources are cited.
How does link monitoring work?
We check the page hosting each link you add every day: is the link still there, is it dofollow, has the anchor changed, is the page noindexed, is it in Google's index? To avoid false alarms, a link is only marked as lost after 3 consecutive failed checks.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Your first plan purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: cancel it from Billing in one click within 7 days and we refund that plan payment in full. Card payments go back to your original card automatically via Stripe; balance funded with crypto is refunded manually by our team. Add-ons, indexing and other pay-as-you-go usage are not covered.
Are indexing charges refundable?
No. Indexing decisions are made by Google and can't be guaranteed, so there are no refunds for URLs that don't get indexed. The only exception: if a job can't be submitted at all due to a technical failure on our side, it's refunded to your balance in full.
How does billing work?
serp.ac runs on a prepaid balance. Top up with any card via Stripe (crypto top-ups are available on request through support). Plans and add-ons renew monthly from your balance. You can turn off auto-renew anytime in Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; the unused time on your current plan is credited back to your balance. You can also buy add-ons for just the module you need (e.g. +250 SERP keywords).
